In order to ensure that your streets are able to be plowed and cleared effectively, it is extremely important that you adhere to the following:
DO NOT PARK IN THE STREET
DO NOT PLACE DRIVEWAY OR SIDEWALK SNOW IN THE ROADWAY
Parking in the street impedes effective snowplowing.
Shoveling or plowing your driveway snow into the travelled road is an unexpected hazard and a serious safety issue for drivers and vehicles. Please do not create these new hazards in the road right of way to avoid the related liability issues
When snow is in the forecast, please park your vehicles in your driveway and do not place trash or recycle bins in the street. It is the residents responsibility to clear the snow from mailboxes.
