These materials represent a current compilation of the Orange Township Zoning Resolution, and reflect the end product of the evolution of Zoning in Orange Township from its initial adoption by the voters on November 8, 1955, and through the amendments effective October 8, 1971, November 25, 1982, January 19, 1989, February 1, 1990, October 6, 1992, June 2, 1994, January 27, 2002, June 15, 2005, August 16, 2006, May 17, 2007, August 20, 2008 and May 7, 2009.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this compilation. However, the user is advised that, in any conflict between these materials and the original Zoning Resolution or the Amendments thereto, the text of the latter shall control.
