Orange Township strives to post complete rezoning and appeals applications on our website. Sometimes all of the information is not available elctronically or in such a format that it is impossible to reproduce electronically.
Any interested party wanting to ensure they are viewing the complete document should visit the zoning office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., where paper copies of entire applications are maintained.
Thursday, July 22, 7:30 PM: Application #10-0220, Village at Bale Kenyon LLC, requesting an amendment to the Zoning Resolution and Map, specifically the rezoning of 53.625 acres from Multi-Family Planned Residential District (MFPRD) to Multi-Family Planned Residential District (MFPRD) to build a club house with pool, five (5) four (4)-unit condominium buildings and 22 six (6)-unit condominium buildings for a total of 152 units in 27 buildings to be known as the Village at Bale Kenyon. The clubhouse and pool and four (4)-four (4)-unit buildings are already built under the current development plan. The property is owned by Village at Bale Kenyon LLC and is located at 7264 Bale Kenyon Road in Range 18, Township 3, Section 4, Farm Lot 6 with Permanent Parcel Numbers 31841301001500. The property is currently zoned for a clubhouse and pool and 24 four-unit condominium buildings totaling 96 units. Hearing recessed from June 10, 2010.
