CEMETERIES
The Orange Township Fiscal Officer keeps records of the Africa and Williamsville cemeteries. The fiscal officer also has records for the Patterson (McCloud) cemetery relocated to Williamsville in 1974 due to the Alum Creek Project. Cemetery plots may be purchased through the township fiscal officer. The cost is $250.00 for township residents, $500.00 for non-residents.
Kingswood Memorial Park and Resurrection Cemetery are privatly owned and not under the jurisdiction of Orange Township. Records for these can be found in their respective offices along with information on the purchasing of plots.
Africa Cemetery
Originally on Africa Rd. near Lewis Center Rd. Relocated to S. Old State Rd. behind Berlin Presbyterian Church due to the Alum Creek Project.
Kingswood Memorial Park
(Privately owned) On the west side of U.S. 23 near Orange Road. Created in 1973. All records will be found in the cemetery office.
Patterson (McCloud) Cemetery
Formerly near Bale-Kenyon and Lewis Center Rds. Removed to Williamsville Cemetery in 1974 due to the Alum Creek Project.
Resurrection Cemetery
Located on the East side of U.S. 23 near Powell Rd. Created 1971. All records will be found in the cemetery office.
Williamsville Cemetery
455 ft. east of U.S. 23, a mile south of E. Orange Rd.
