1. I've been told that a date that looks open on the calendar is not available, why?

When an application is turned in with the required Proof of Residency, deposit and rent; the date is secured but it still needs to go to the administrator for final approval. Once final approval is given, the website calendar will be updated. This process usually takes 2-3 business days.
Another possible reason is that the facility could be receiving scheduled maintenance on that day.

2. Do I have to be a township resident to rent?

You do have to be a township resident to rent the North Orange Park Shelter and the Township Hall Meeting Rooms. The North Orange Park Community Room can be rented by residents and non-residents. Residents receive a reduced rate for the Community Room. All facilities require a proof of residency when renting. A proof of residency is a current utility bill that shows your name and address.

3. Why can't I use my driver's license as proof of residency?

Driver's licenses are renewed every 4 years. People move and forget to update their driver's license. We require a current utility bill with your name and address.

4. Where can I find additional rental information and rental agreements?
