South Old State Road Study
Currently, the Delaware County Engineer is conducting a study that will identify any improvements that may be needed along the South Old State Road corridor to improve safety and congestion concerns. A public meeting to share project information and seek public input is scheduled for Monday August 9, 2010.

There will be no formal presentation at this meeting. The open house format will allow interested persons to review the study details at their own pace and to talk to representatives from the County Engineer’s office and URS. The County Engineer invites written comments at the meeting and through the project website at www.southoldstateroad.org.
Delaware County Board of Elections
This fall the General Election will be held Tuesday November 2, 2010. If you have recently moved to Delaware County, changed your name, or have just turned 18, please remember to register to vote.
The Delaware County Board of Elections also suggests you request an application for absentee ballot as soon as possible. You will be one of the first to receive your ballot as soon as they are available. By doing so, you will have plenty of time to chose your candidates and issues on your own time. You can avoid the lines on Election Day by voting from the comfort of your own home.
The voter registration form and the absentee ballot request form are available in PDF format for you to print, from the Board of Elections website http://www.co.delaware.oh.us/boe/index.asp.
