The illustrative site plan and 3D computer rendering will be based on the preliminary concept prepared by others, from which the illustrative site plan and 3D rendering will be prepared to more clearly articulate the design intent of the Veterans Memorial and identify all of its programmatic features, including flag sculpture, retaining wall, paver plaza, flagpoles, benches, plantings and related parking.  The 3D computer rendering will also communicate potential materials such as pavements, wall textures, plant materials, etc.  The preliminary cost estimate to be prepared for the Memorial will be based on the conceptual design.  All services shall be provided by qualified design professionals licensed by the State of Ohio.  The resulting illustrative site plan, 3D computer rendering, and preliminary cost estimate will be delivered to the Board for use in evolving the design of the Veterans Memorial, receiving stakeholder support and additional fundraising.
